Typical pre-order production is 3–4 weeks, followed by normal processing time.

International Shipping:

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
Brown Beauty is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.
We can update addresses only if your order has not been shipped or scanned in by the carrier.
Once the package has been dropped off or scanned in, we are no longer able to make changes.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reach out to reship it to the correct address. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Once your order is handed to the carrier, Brown Beauty is no longer responsible.
We do not replace or refund orders marked as:
• Delivered
• Lost by the carrier
• Stolen after delivery
