We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    •    Change of mind

    •    Pre-order delays within the stated window

    •    Fit preference

    •    Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout

    •    Orders marked as delivered by the carrier

    •    Items worn, washed, or tried on

    •    Color or style preference


All items are final sale to ensure quality, safety, and fairness to all customers.

🚫 2. No Order Cancellations


Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

This includes pre-orders, as production begins immediately to secure your items.


Please double-check all sizing, colors, and shipping details before submitting your order.

🛍 3. Damaged or Defective Items (Rare)


If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

    •    Clear photo of the packaging

    •    Description of the issue


If approved, we will offer:

    •    A replacement (if available)

or

    •    Store credit


We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

📦 4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


Once an order is shipped and scanned by the carrier:

    •    Brown Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

    •    Claims must be filed directly with USPS/UPS/DHL

    •    We cannot refund or replace orders marked as “Delivered”


Please ensure your address is correct and safe for delivery.

International buyers may be required to pay customs, duties, or taxes.

These fees are not collected by Brown Beauty and cannot be refunded.
